On the shores of Lake Victoria, Mbita is a small town in Homa Bay, Kenya. Thanks to community-based organizations and NGOs like the Naff Foundation, it is becoming a hub for grassroots development, where locally-led solutions address gaps that formal systems have struggled to fill.
